Between Cotton Canvas Tarpaulins (CCT) and HDPE Tarpaulins, there is a perceived gap. While CCT, although comparably expensive, can be undoubtedly stamped as the best, HDPE can be considered as the most convenient, because of its lightweight. Bridging the gap is Silpaulin. Its lamination process makes it that much more stronger without adding too much to its weight and is priced comfortably between the two. A unique ultrasonic welding process facilitates strong joints. Employing Swiss technology, Silpaulin Tarpaulins are fabricated from cross-laminated plastic films in different gauges. UV stabilized and having excellent tensile strength, they are, of course, waterproof.
